Master the perfect brush stroke technique

I hear so many artists talk about brush stoking techniques, personally, I think the techniques come from the heart. As there is no perfect method. Each method has a different effect based upon the person doing it. Painting is like that. We can't always expect cookie cutter perfection... we should only expect perfection from the soul.
